Weekly
Update 10/6/2019
There’s
little news on the Post Office. I think I’ve remembered all I
should about what I may have missed, but I’m sure there’s
something. I need to go forward, but this is a nightmare, and one I
will not soon forget.
I
needed a diversion, so Tuesday, I went to see the Downton Abbey
movie. I really liked it. I think that if you liked the tv series,
you’d like the movie. And it gave me something to pay attention to
that was not focused on my mail.
Wednesday
was Coffee With A Cop day at Starbucks. Since I was already downtown
for a meeting with CMA, I quickly went to express my thanks to the
police officers who serve and protect. Actually, it was the Savannah
Police, and I’m served and protected by Chatham County. But it
never is a bad idea to thank people.
Friday
evening, after DH and The 90, I went back to DH for the Yellow Fever
performance. It’s not the same as last year, and I thought this
was better.

I am glad to finally catch up on your blog. I did go to see Downton Abbey and enjoyed it very much. We also spent some time on the pontoon and relaxed. Now we are RVing once again. Short but great visit with Katherine and Avery, and now headed slowly to Dallas area to visit friends and go to the state fair. If you haven't already, check FB to see how big Avery is getting - 4th grade! Also, please accept the invitation on FB for Jan and Fred's excellent Adventures page so you can see where we go. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHey Wilma ! Jan told me that your blog wasn’t private so I looked you up! Glad to hear something from you ! That sucks about your mail ! I would be livid ! But I guess life goes on and you will get it all figured out Frances
