Update 1/24/2021

And so an amazing season ends. It was a great run, and I was proud to be a Bills fan.

The weather turned a bit warmer this week, and it was at least sunny most days. I met Roseann on Tuesday to walk at Lake Mayer, I met Kathryn on Wednesday at Daffin Park, and I walked at AP three times. I have to get back into this routine. I also met Jane and Helen for lunch Thursday. We went to Barnes, a barbecue place that Jane and I had been to before and enjoyed. And I enjoyed it again. So, I got out quite a bit this week.

I tried to sign up for the vaccine, but didn’t have any luck. I called both my doctor and the Chatham County Health department, but neither are scheduling any more appointments. I guess I waited too long. But I still think there are people who would benefit from a vaccine more than I would, so I’m not very disappointed.

On Thursday, Juliet Lloyd created a live FB concert. Amazingly, I didn’t forget this time, and I watched. I was able to “cast” the concert and watch on my tv. That was pretty cool! I really liked that she had a Bills cap on her shelf in the background.

Kay came over on Saturday. It was nice enough for us to sit on my porch and visit (and eat and drink – Bloody Marys). We chatted for a while, and also took a little walk around the “pond”.

    1. Marcia, glad you got vaccine appointments. Please email me how you got them - Sue says she has not been able to get one yet. She lives is a different county (Yates) but not that terribly far from you so maybe you can give me advice to pass on to her.
